Only 3 penthouse apartments remaining in London's first luxury retirement village

In just 4 short winter months the Battersea Place sales team have taken reservations on over 30% of the 112 apartments in this unique retirement village development on Albert Bridge Road, overlooking Battersea Park. This includes all of the Parkside penthouse apartments, with just 3 three-bedroom, dual-aspect penthouses remaining in the Westside building, priced at around £2million.

The remaining one and two bedroom apartments available in other locations throughout the development are currently priced from £400,000 – £1.12million however due to continued upward pressure on London property prices; these are set to rise in early April.
