London Retirement Success for LifeCare Residences and VINCI Construction UK

LifeCare Residences Ltd, international retirement village operator, and VINCI Construction UK, who have formed a Joint Venture to develop retirement villages in London, have already attracted 25 reservations grossing £24.3m. of sales for their first scheme, Battersea Place, under construction in a prime SW11 location.
