Cliff has over 30 years experience in the New Zealand healthcare and retirement village sectors. He was the founder of NZX listed Metlifecare Ltd. Cliff's commitment to the industry led him to being a founder, executive member and Chairman of the Retirement Villages Association of New Zealand Inc.
Greg had many years in the CA environment specialising in finance, property and insolvency. In recent years Greg has worked primarily in property, aged care and entrepreneurial investments. Greg has an extensive understanding of the operational aspects of the aged care industry.
Andrew is Chief Executive Officer of NSI Management Limited, responsible for overseeing the group’s diverse business interests in aged care, property, industrial and technology sectors. Prior to joining NSI, Andrew spent 20 years in investment banking involved in M&A, equity and structured debt transactions in UK, New Zealand and Scandinavia.
David has over 35 years’ experience in senior executive roles in major international markets. In addition to his LCR/LRI directorships, David is Chairman of the a2 Milk Company, Lovat Partners Limited, Robin Partington & Partners Limited and Committed Capital Limited.
Alan is the former CEO of Metlifecare and has considerable experience in the aged care industry.
